• Includes oversized eaves and detailed brackets which are pre-cut, exposed rafters, roomy front porch, 4-piece porch posts and heavy railings, shallow pitched roof and large attic dormer
• Detailed window panes and pre-assembled oval light front door
• Adjustable room sizes - dividers can be placed where desired
• Smooth wooden shingles are included for the roof
• Edge trims are supplied in lengths
• #SC Copper Flashing, #Dye-1 Shingle Dye and paints are not included
