Kits that can be completed with this set are the JM159 Victorian Cottage Jr., JM401 Vermont Farmhouse Jr., JM860B Pre-Bricked Georgetown, JM907 Alison Jr., JM975 Princess Anne and JM1065 Victoria's Farmhouse.
Included in the kit:
- 24 1/2 feet of MDF Crown Molding
- 24 feet of MDF Baseboard Molding
- 28 inches of MDF Attic Baseboard
- 2 sets of MDF Banister Walls for stairways with newel post
- 2 sets of Stairway Landing Rails (partially assembled)
