STANDARD SHIPPING
RATES:

- $10 Flat Rate, plus $1.50 Handling fee = All Orders Up To $45
- 25% Flat Rate, plus $1.50 Handling fee = All Orders Over $45
PLEASE NOTE: Due to significant international postage rate changes, and uncertainty on appropriate international shipping charges for miniature products, we reserve the right to require an additional shipping charge if actual shipping exceeds the shipping charge paid on your order.
Some heavier than normal items require additional shipping charges to support our ability to provide Free Shipping on the vast majority of products offered. If a shipping charge is required, the amount necessary will be listed with the item.
STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD:
Orders are typically shipped USPS (United States Postal Service), First Class Mail (Priority Mail when exceeding 13 oz), unless other arrangements are made.
Most orders ship from our facilities in Concord, NC, USA. However, when in the best interest of our customers, and where economically feasable, we may drop ship orders directly from our distributor(s).
EXPEDITED SHIPPING (Optional - U.S. Only)
EXPEDITED RATE:
$30 - Any Order (Excluding Dollhouses)
METHOD:
 
If selected, your order will be shipped using Fed Ex or UPS "Expedited Service". This is 2-Day shipping. Depending on when your order is received, the carrier may begin their 2-Day service the next business day. In this case, it will take 3 business days to receive your package (excluding weekends and holidays). If faster service is needed, we would be happy to work with you; however, additional shipping may be necessary to cover carrier charges.
Please Note: Some items are not eligible for Expedited Shipping. Please check item descriptions to be sure items qualify for this shipping method. If ineligible items are included on orders to be shipped Expedited, they will be shipped separately using Standard Shipping methods.

(Expedited Shipping & other carrier services are not available).
- Customs forms are appropriately completed
- We are not responsible for any import duties, fees, or taxes due on any order.
Shipments are normally delivered within a week to ten days from the date of shipment. Some locations can take significantly longer to arrive. If orders are not delivered within 30 days, we will replace, or provide store credit for, the missing order. All missing deliveries must be reported to us within 60 days.
Please Note: We no longer ship Dollhouse Kits, finished dollhouses, or dollhouse related structures; such as, room boxes, shadow boxes, or display cases outside the U.S. or Canada.
